These terms apply to the Frankly Dog Training website and its online inquiry and application flows.
The website provides general information about Frankly Dog Training and a way to request contact about services. Website content is not a veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, emergency service, or a guarantee that a particular training approach is suitable for every dog.
If a dog presents an immediate danger or a medical emergency, use the appropriate local emergency or veterinary resources rather than relying on this website.
Submitting an application or contact request does not create a training relationship, reserve a place, guarantee acceptance, or guarantee any result. For a qualified aggression application that reaches the internal alert, Frank is the callback owner and the current callback promise is by the end of the next business day, Monday-Friday. This is not an emergency-response promise or a guarantee that a service place is available. A service relationship begins only through a separate agreement accepted by Frankly Dog Training and the client.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, current information, including complete safety and bite-history information. Do not use the website to send unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or attempt to bypass its security and anti-abuse controls.
Any price, duration, schedule, availability, pickup area, or service description shown on the website or application may be confirmed in the separate intake and service-agreement process. The current application may ask whether the displayed program price is an investment the applicant is ready to make; that answer is part of qualification and is not itself a charge or payment authorization.
The site uses third-party services including Webflow, Typeform, Cloudflare, Meta, Google Analytics, and Resend. Their systems may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience and do not make Frankly Dog Training responsible for unrelated third-party content.
Unless a page says otherwise, the site's original text, branding, graphics, and training materials are owned by Frankly Dog Training or used with permission. You may view and share links to the public pages for personal, noncommercial use. Do not reproduce or sell substantial site content without permission.
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content or features. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.
